Assistant Facility Director Job Description JDL Fast Track is searching for candidates to serve as the Assistant Facility Director, reporting directly to the Facility Director, Craig Longhurst. The positions will be seasonal with a start date in October and ending in early March, for an approximate 5-month tenure. The hourly rate is $25 per hour with many opportunities for overtime pay during the season. The 5-month salary will be approximately $20-25k for that 5-month period. Candidates interested in returning for a second season may have the option of receiving interim pay during the off-season with the guarantee that they return. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a strong sense of urgency and a dedication to customer service, as they will be responsible for a range of duties from high level planning and coordination, communication with coaches and on-site meet management. The assistant facility director(s) will be the primary point person for the weeknight high school meets and select Sunday invitationals. Hours are variable with many weekends and weeknight hours required during the indoor season. Once the meet schedule is finalzied, a work schedule will be determined and will allow for limited days off during the season.
